at the picture above she was actually wearing a green jacket. during some conversations with the hosts of F&F she said that she can do the newscast and weather all by herself but she has to run upstairs very fast  WHAT (because apparently the weather room is allocated on the top floor)
then she started laughing uncontrollablly, Allsyn, Page and Julian all looked stunned  . and so it went on for quite a while as Janice tried desperately to explain her way out, putting some awkward smiles on her face

I wonder if she's just filling in for someone or if she's been "demoted".

I think Janice is very popular so I don't think she's demoted. I've seen her in a variety of time slots on holidays. Maybe she's one of those nice people who will work holidays without complaint so others can be off.

I think she is very funny with a group of people, like during Fox & Friends, but definitely not alone!
